How long is a session?

Heart Containers are flexible and can last up to three hours. Some naturally come to completion within an hour or two, while others unfold in their own time through the healing process — it’s all guided by what’s needed within your bespoke Heart Container that day. You’re never rushed; this is your sacred time to be fully prioritised.

If you need a comfort break at any point, you’re very welcome — the main thing is that you feel comfortable, supported, and at ease throughout. And if you have any concerns or need reassurance at any stage, please speak to me. I’m here for you and your experience, holding space with warmth, safety, and presence.
