    Once we’ve decided how we'll work together on the Heart Connection call, you’ll move through a simple onboarding process.

    1. Sign the Client Agreement

    You’ll receive an email with a link to review and e-sign the agreement.

    Preparing For Your Session

    To get the most from your time in Helena’s virtual Zoom clinic, please ensure:

    • A quiet, private space for at least 2 hours

    • Use a laptop, not a mobile phone

    • Laptop fully charged and plugged in

    • Sit near your router if possible

    • Be seated at a desk, screen at eye level

    • All notifications muted and “Do Not Disturb” enabled

    • No animals in the room

    • Friends and family informed in advance

    • If expecting deliveries, leave a “please do not knock” note

    • Have a blanket and a glass of water nearby

    You may notice short-term symptoms afterward such as tiredness, emotional release, vivid dreams, or irritability. This is a sign of old stagnant energy leaving your system, similar to an energetic detox.

    Joining the Call

    After booking through Calendly, you’ll receive:

    • A Zoom link by email

    After Your Session

    After your session, give yourself space if possible.

    Avoid journalling or meditating immediately, as this can interrupt integration. If you can, a short nap — even 10 minutes — can accelerate processing.

    Over the following days, you may notice gentle shifts in:

    • Reactions

    It’s normal to feel emotional, tired, unsettled, or headachy for a short time. This is your system releasing very old energetic patterns.

    Nothing has gone wrong.
